Terms & Conditions

1)             The “Free time” promotion (Promotion) gives free time credit (Credit) as detailed in paragraphs 3 and 4, and is  available to:

a)        all new and existing consumer customers on all Pay as You Go (PAYG) plans, Visitor Mobile Line (VML) and alo; and

b)        all new and existing enterprise Pay as You Go Plus(PAYG Plus) customers

2)             Customers who make an international call from their du mobile line shall get Credit as follows:

For PAYG, PAYG Plus and VML:

i)           an international voice call lasting at least 1 second will be entitled to 1 fils of Credit for every 1 second of call time; and

ii)         the Credit will be applied to the customer’s prepaid “Free Time balance”.  This balance has no expiry date.

3)             Credit shall only be given for international calls made between 21:00 and 7:00.  Where a call is terminated after 7:00 then the time spent on the call after 7:00 shall not receive any Credit. Credit shall not be given whilst the customer is on international roaming.

4)             The customer can activate the Promotion by: (a) calling 135 and selecting Option 6

5)             du shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by customers taking part in the Promotion.

6)             The offer is available for a limited period only.

7)             du reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel the Promotion or these terms at any time.

8)             The General Terms and Conditions and Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile Services apply to all customers and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between those terms and the terms of this Promotion.
