du’s BlackBerry subscribers are not affected to the patch
Recently, several of UAE-based media reported number of cases regarding a performance patch sent by Etisalat to own BlackBerry customers. X Sat, du’s Channel Partner, would like to confirm that du’s BlackBerry subscribers are not affected to the patch. In addition, du had confirmed that no performance BlackBerry’s patches had been issued and sent by du recently. Attached you can find an official statement from RIM, BlackBerry’s Provider.
